Its getting close …
Doing this piece has given me the opportunity to catch up on my Godzilla movies. I had no idea there were so many recent ones.
The Godzilla I’m drawing here is the millennium version, and his movies started around 1999 and went till 2004
There pretty cool too. They've got that feel of the 1950's,b&w Godzilla I was already familiar with. If your into giant monster fights and robots they’re worth a look.

Wonderful sketch. How in the world do you get your pencils so sharp?
Everybody seems to ask that question, I sharpen them with a razor knife.
