STONEY

Mad Max, Mel Gibson, Original Sketch Card © 2013 Jeff Lafferty

Just a quick post today ... Managed to finished up the Mad Max pencil study, now on to color.

I really like how this one turned out.

I think my favorite part is defiantly the dog. My younger brother had a blue heeler named Stoney, that looked just like that dog when we were kids. Whenever I watch Road Warrior I’m reminded of my brother's dog ... he was a good dog

Talk to you tomorrow

Hi Jeff, it's been a long time since my last comment! Wow, what a great video! Starts in a great way with you and your baby <3 and it was so cool to see how you paint those little cards! I am always truly impressed on how can you put so much detail on so small space!

Great skills, and the piece with Cheweie and Han Solo looks fantastic!

The one Stoney is cool too, but the video pic just rules! :D

Hopefully Stoney's journey didn't end the way Max's dog did. Ouch.

Thanks Isis, I appreciate the kind words.

Thanks for the comment Sean, He actually didn't come to a very good end, hit by a card (Sucks)

Thanks Mimi!
