ARTCAST #65 - Longest Artcast Ever

Wednesday, August 27th, 2014

Hello everyone ... In this episode I'm drawing another black & white rough for the upcoming Clint Eastwood commission. Lots of art talk in this one, so much so that I actually missed yesterday's update because this hour and twenty minute video took so long to upload.

Thanks, see you tomorrow
-Jeff

Good artcast, Jeff, I enjoy them because they are long enough to work along with or just chill to. Your art is amazing, keep up the great work!

Awesome art cast like always Jeff. And maybe making some time lapse videos might help to increase traffic. They seem to get a lot of views on youtube.

This is just awesome! I think your 'new style' lends itself well to western art as much as any other. Awesome likeness aagin!!!

Cool, nice job well done. I really like the hatching effect you use to create texture on the body, and the smoke is also a nice touch!

I totally hate you now Jeff you didn't get me to sell this blah blah..... I'm pulling your leg and yes it is oddly weird hearing your name. Thanks though for the mention too.
Really enjoyable video but bugger I have to go find something else to watch now.
:) Keep up the great work

thank u Jeff. I've been playing with doing art on coloured paper. which is a big change for me as all my art is super detailed and on bristol. i've tried pencils and white. at the same time and that hasn't worked for me. seeing how via Google+
you draw this piece has made me want to have another go. all in black coloured pencil first. and then hit the whites. which i haven't tried yet. i'll give it a go this weekend. thank u for another brill vid. as soon as i have some spare cash i'll be sponsoring your patrion. i've also seen some prints i really want. the boba fett piece in particular.
